Diane M. Reichenberger is a retail and licensing professional with over 30 years of executive leadership experience. She loves her current role at Mattel as V.P. Global Strategy for Consumer Products and Promotional Partnerships. Prior to joining Mattel in 2011, she co-founded Giiv.com a mobile gifting company backed by Eric Schmidt, Chairman/CEO of Google; she served as COO of Rock & Republic, CEO of Dualstar Entertainment Group (a consumer products/entertainment branded lifestyle organization founded on the successful careers of Ashley Olsen and Mary-Kate Olsen), President of L.A. Gear, Inc., S.V.P. and General Manager – Women’s Division of Joe Boxer, Corp. and has held key management positions in several global companies including The Gap, Inc., The North Face, Levi Strauss & Co., Mast Industries and Esprit de Corp. Diane began her career as an analyst for Hewlett-Packard in Cupertino, CA after receiving her B.A. in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara. Diane is married, has a dog-daughter named Jack and she loves to dance! Most importantly she is passionate about mentorship and supporting causes that are near and dear to her heart. In pursuit of her passion, she co-founded the Women’s Accelerator with two equally engaged colleagues. The Women’s Accelerator is a high-touch, management development program experience for women which offers a unique mentoring program, committed to developing high-potential women leaders at key advancement points in their careers. She actively supports Step Up Women’s Network, The Rescue Train and True Colors Fund. She sits of the Board of the Women’s Leadership Council and True Colors Fund and is the 2017 winner of the Los Angeles Business Journal’s Women’s Summit Philanthropist of the Year Award.
