Noelle Fries, MPH joins the team of True Colors United with over a decade of experience in anti-violence and health equity in the Bay Area and New York City. With a background in prevention, advocacy, direct services, technical assistance, and research, Noelle holds a Masters of Public Health in Community Health and Public Health Policy. Deeply invested in addressing the root causes of dis-ease, oppression, and social determinants of health, Noelle brings expertise from various fields including gender-based violence, human trafficking, birth justice, and prison abolition to their role. Beginning this work in adolescence, she is committed to building youth voices and embedding youth collaboration into programs that transform systems and build brighter futures for us all.
When not at work, Noelle can be found tending to her indoor forest, painting community murals, and conspiring with friends and her partner.
