Tarsha is joining True Colors with over 20 years of experience in the Accounting field. She started her career working for the United States Government, but saw a greater need in her community and decided to leave the US Government and join the nonprofit sector. Ms. Small has written, supervised and oversaw several grants in the non profit sector, as well as performed all full cycle organizational accounting procedures (HR, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, and Operations). She holds a MBA with a focus in Finance and has recently acquired her CPA. She enjoys participating in community engaged programs and spending time with her sons.
