September 4 - 5, 2019 | Washington, DC

Youth homelessness is a community issue – which means we all have to unite to prevent and end it. True Colors United's Impact Summit brings together real-life superheroes using their powers for good – including young people, service providers, advocates, funders, policymakers, and more! Regardless of who you are or where you’re from, the Impact Summit is designed to meet you where you’re at.

We will assemble in Washington, D.C. on September 4-5 for action-packed breakout sessions, performances, and networking opportunities. We’ll focus on big-picture change, direct service solutions, and restorative practices for our heroes on the front line. We’re not afraid to rewrite the rules by completely reimagining services and systems. By making services inclusive and safe for LGBTQ youth and all young people who are highly impacted by homelessness, everyone benefits.

If you’ve attended the Summit in the past, you might notice that our focus has expanded a bit. While in the past we focused solely on the experiences of LGBTQ young people, this year we’re creating opportunity for unity among all youth highly impacted by homelessness. Don’t worry, we still hold the same vision: to create a world where all young people can be their true selves.

The Impact Summit will culminate with our first-ever Hill Day where attendees will meet with their elected officials, flex their advocacy muscles, and make an impact at the national level.
