Grief Has A Voice — And It’s Crying Out For Unity

In the wake of the tragedy in Orlando, lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender Americans (and their allies) have been mourning, attempting to heal, and wondering what this means for the future.

2015 True Fellow Bentley Burdick spoke with people from across the country to see how they were processing the tragedy and demonstrate that folks need not feel alone in their grief. You can read their statements in Ben’s new blog post on The Huffington Post:

The following is a collection of responses I’ve generated over the past week. With this post I’m hoping to show that this massacre has impacted everyone, whether they’re in the LGBTQ community or not, and that no one is alone in dealing with the grief, trauma, and sadness that overwhelm so many of us these days.
