Here’s What Happened at Home for the Holidays 2018

What didn’t happen at Home for the Holidays?

Cyndi Lauper and A$AP Rocky teamed up for a genre-bending duet, Natalie Merchant brought the house down with the sheer power of her voice and an acoustic guitar, and Sara Ramirez helped Cyndi close out the show with our favorite song… “True Colors.” That’s just a few things that happened at this year’s show.

This year’s Cyndi Lauper & Friends: Home for the Holidays, presented by Marriott International, took place this past Saturday, December 8 at The Beacon Theatre. You helped us make it a success for the eighth year in a row! Stay tuned – we’ll be announcing the date and venue of next year’s concert soon.

Everyone deserves a home for the holidays – especially young people. Far too often, youth who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning don’t get the support they need out of fear of discrimination. The True Colors Fund is committed to creating a world where all young people are safe, supported, and welcome – regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.

Your support helps us make this work possible. In the spirit of the holidays, we hope that you will make a gift to support our work. Thanks to the generosity of Weston Milliken, one of our most generous supporters, all gifts made through December 31 will be DOUBLED.
