Senior Officer, Human Resources and Operations

Jordan comes to True Colors United from Baltimore, Maryland with a background in Human Resources and administrative operations. As a Senior Program and Operations Associate, Jordan provides direct operations support to both our Technical Assistance and Youth Action efforts to ensure maximum impact on the ground to communities working to end homeless for youth.

A Norfolk State University graduate, Jordan has worked at the national level to fight for voting rights in Washington, D.C. with organizations such as and DC Vote. In all his work he has been dedicated to making sure that Black and brown individuals have a voice on the issues that impact them.

When not at work, you can find Jordan in the kitchen practicing his love of cooking, at the gym training, binge-watching documentaries, or planning his next vacation.
